Radiator grille and headlights

External "facelift" (restyling) in standard models is limited to modified front and rear sections. Standard LED headlights have a different design, as do the taillights, which now protrude into the trunk lid of the sedan. The grille, which is now wider at the bottom, and the front bumper have more chrome than before; the rear bumper and the E-Class trunk lid have also been redesigned.

What is new is that even cars with basic equipment have a sporty appearance of the Avantgarde Line and, consequently, a radiator grille with a central star. The higher-placed Exclusive Line now has a star on the hood. Mercedes has also redesigned the range of wheels, including aerodynamically optimized rounds.

MBUX with two screen options

Inside, Mercedes has provided the updated E-Class with new color combinations and finishes of different colors. The redesigned steering wheel with typical Mercedes touch surfaces has also changed. However, the most important innovation in the interior is something else: along with the facelift, the MBUX infotainment system with standard voice control and additional augmented reality functions is presented. Two 10.25-inch displays are waiting for you in the basic configuration.

"Recharge" functions are now available, which turn the interior of the E-Class into an oasis of well-being. For example, small movements of the seat cushions and backs encourage the driver to change his position in order to stay in shape longer. In addition, lighting, music and seat massage functions can be networked and adapted to your preferences.
