A convertible, which is a modified "Seagull" of the standard sample. To protect it from rain, it is equipped with a folding waterproof awning, which is compactly placed in special niches on both sides of the rear passenger seat. The presence of these additional structures has reduced the total capacity of the cabin to six people, while only two can sit on the seats between the niches. During the trip, it was possible to stand in the car, for this purpose a horizontal handrail is provided in the center of the cabin
In the appearance of the car, all the main details characteristic of the design of the GAZ-13 model are preserved. First of all, it is a massive chrome radiator grille with a V-shaped corporate logo.
The convertible was released in a limited series and was an executive class car. Several models were sent to the Crimea and the Caucasus, and the rest were used by state leaders.
